By joining the PMP SOLUTIONS team and, more specifically, as a member of the delivery team, you'll be called upon, among others, to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accompany, within the scope of a data-driven continuous improvement process, our users (on the sawmill floor and offices) in aligning our solutions with their business and operational objectives to leverage the most out of them.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that our solutions have positive impacts on our users' daily activities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the development team to fine tune our solutions for our users' unique needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div><a id=\"link_button-31-659\" class=\"ct-link-button btn btn-2 show-application-form\" href=\"#\" target=\"_self\"  ><span id=\"span-32-659\" class=\"ct-span  oxygenberg-span-32-659 oxygenberg-element\">Apply for this job<\/span><\/a><\/div><\/div><\/section><section id=\"section-41-659\" class=\" ct-section alt-bg-color\" ><div class=\"ct-section-inner-wrap\"><div id=\"_rich_text-47-659\" class=\"oxy-rich-text\" ><h5>YOUR ROLE<\/h5>\n<p>As a manufacturing performance technological advisor at PMP SOLUTIONS, you'll be specifically asked to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acting as the liaison between the various customer and in-house teams, oversee the deployment of our solutions in sawmills.<\/li>\n<li>Gain an understanding of our users' strategic goals and needs, as well as any existing constraints to elaborate tactical plans.<\/li>\n<li>Help our customers achieve their strategic and tactical goals with our solutions through a data-driven continuous improvement process.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that custmers are using our solutions to their full extent through training.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain technical and support documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate project risks to determine possible impacts and mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a manufacturing lead for the in-house technical team, guiding the evolution of our solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Support users with their use and technical issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure good customer relations.<\/li>\n<li>Stay on the lookout for further sales opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>WHO WE&rsquo;RE LOOKING FOR<\/h5>\n<p>You're proactive and constantly looking to improve yourself professionally and personnally. You're driven by the challenges of deploying software solutions in an industrial environment and you want to impact the industry you're working in. You love customer relations and care to see them perform and succeed.
